Meet the Heart Behind Golden Therapy

About Us

Golden Therapy was founded from a deep love of helping people move through life’s most difficult moments. What started as a solo practice has grown into a collaborative group of passionate clinicians with one shared purpose: to walk alongside people in their healing journey.

As a therapist, I’ve always believed that connection is the foundation of transformation. I specialize in trauma work — from acute events to subtle, chronic experiences — and have advanced training in EMDR. I also work with individuals and families navigating high-conflict relationships and difficult family dynamics, including narcissism and borderline traits.

Today, Golden Therapy is home to a team of clinicians who bring a wide range of experience and expertise. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your entire family, we have someone who can help.
